How will I know what my client is receiving?

You will receive an email when the Thank You Card is sent out and also after each postcard is sent with a thumbnail of the postcard.

Will all clients receive the same ones?

Each set month that postcards go out, your client will receive a set postcard that highlights the imagery of Southwest Florida.

What if I want to change my message?

For your Thank You postcard, you can specify a message at checkout in the notes section. For all others you will be contacted prior to mailing with approval of the content and you can change at that time up to a month proper to the mailing.

When do postcards go out?

The Thank You postcard goes out immediately upon receipt of the order. Following that, no matter how close, the postcards will go out February, April, August and October.

Can I send Christmas Cards to my list?

Yes, it would be a separate order, but we can certainly add a holiday mailing.
